Barre Body + Onzie

I’ve had a lot of questions about my “results” from doing barre the past few months, so I figured today I would tell you all about it.

First let me give you a better idea of the barre classes I’ve been taking and how often. The studio I take barre classes at is called Neighborhood Barre. Neighborhood Barre™ is a unique workout that combines the elements of dance conditioning, yoga, and isometric weight training to carve and sculpt the muscles of the arms, legs, seat, and abs. I started taking classes the first of September and have been going every day since. Yep, every day.

To see results, I would say you you need to go to class anywhere from 3-5 days a week. Obviously the more classes you go to the quicker you’re going to see results, but you will definitely see a difference even just going a few times a week. I really noticed a change in my body after 10 classes. After about 10, I noticed more definition in my arms and in my legs. Since then I have seen major changes in my body, and have gotten so much stronger.

Needless to say I have found the workout for me, and highly suggest you try a barre studio near you (:
